Perform the procedure of NEO x4A6 installations
Locally read the current data from NEO x4A6 devices
Synchronise the meter index to ensure the accuracy and correctness of data sent to the system
Set the schedules and configure commands to be executed at a specified time
Switch the device modes between ‘Seal’ and ‘Run’
